As Business Manager, Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of Monitor Talent's administrative processes from contract creation and execution to billing and fee payments. She also works closely with Clients arranging the logistics for each Speaker for every event.

Prior to joining Monitor Group, she was a Supervising Associate at the Capgemini Ernst & Young Center for Business Innovation, where she was responsible for managing the facility and administrative staff, and supporting the Director. She has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry.
