Monitor Talent Team
Erin McDonough is responsible for marketing communications for both Monitor Talent and Monitor Networks. Her primary focus is designing and implementing effective communication programs that clearly articulate the full range of services offered by both groups and support new business development opportunities. Erin brings several years of communications expertise to this position including developing marketing communications programs, network building activities-including both virtual and physical event design and execution, and contact management system design, development and maintenance. She manages the communication process through a variety of channels including print, web presence, and events. Prior to Monitor, Erin worked at the Capgemini Ernst & Young Center for Business Innovation where she was responsible for developing and executing program events and managed the designing of their internal networking capabilities. In addition to working in the marketing communications arena at several consulting firms, Erin was the Corporate Event Manager for Ziff-Davis Publishing and Program Manager for the MIT Media Lab Junior Summit-a program that facilitated an on-line community of 1000 children around the globe whose goal was to discuss and debate issues such as children’s right, health and environmental issues.
