Tammy Erickson honored as one of
the 2011 Thinkers 50 most influential business thinkers.
This week in London, Tamara was honored as one of the fifty most influential business thinkers worldwide at the Thinkers50 Awards Summit. Tammy was honored for her seminal work on leadership and generations in the workplace along with her extensive research on changing demographics and employee values. Tammy’s renowned work on organizations and the changing workforce is featured in her trilogy of books—Retire Retirement, What’s Next, Gen X? and Plugged In.
Published biannually, the Thinkers50 is the definitive global ranking of management thinkers in categories such as innovation, strategy, leadership, and pioneering concepts. The Thinkers50 has ten established criteria by which thinkers are evaluated—originality of ideas; practicality of ideas; presentation style; written communication; loyalty of followers; business sense; international outlook; rigor of research; impact of ideas and the elusive guru factor. The rankings are based on voting at the Thinkers50 website and input from a team of advisers led by Stuart Crainer and Des Dearlove.
